WHAT IS A CHEMICAL PEEL?
The chemical peel removes (or peels) the damaged, outer layer of skin to reveal a newer, fresher, more supple layer of skin below. Chemical peels also break up melanin pigment, reducing hyperpigmentation. It also addresses texture, pore size and fine wrinkles while resurfacing the upper layers of skin.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?
First your face will be cleansed and the product applied. The product is left on treatment area for three to five minutes. This will create a burning, stinging sensation, similar to a sunburn. The product then is removed using a neutralizing solution.
ARE THERE SIDE EFFECTS?
Again, depending upon your specific treatment, there will be some redness and scaling. The skin will crust and peel within three to seven days.
